I have had a lot of fun business trips over the year but my most humorous vacation has to be when I traveled to New York recently on one of those New York tours. The trip started off badly with me missing my flight. Of course my luggage made the trip ahead of me and when I finally did arrive my luggage was no where to be found. This was a major problem as I had none of my business clothes on and needed to be dressed up for a business meeting at the Top of the Rock later in the vacation. I was able to find out some options through the online travel guides section of the Trusted Tours & Attractions web site and found a men’s clothing store that was right through the path of the tour I was taking. The problem was that all of the suits were way to tight fitting. Somehow I squeezed into one just in time to make my meeting. I think it was half way through that I noticed the seems had completely burst on the arms and the fact that I was wearing a sleeveless undershirt was very apparent by my showing armpits. I was then forced to retell the whole story to the client who loved it. I closed the deal and we celebrated with a few too many drinks. I made it back to my hotel room but did not have anything so just fell asleep. What a night. Well if you are traveling to New York make sure to keep careful watch on your bags.
