The markets were up today on Ambac Financial Group ratings and news of the Visa IPO. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 189.20 points up 1.53 percent for the day. The NASDAQ was up 24.13 points up 1.05 percent for the day. The housing crunch is still on. We will see what lies ahead.
