The Dow Jones Industrial Average was surprisingly up today
The Dow Jones Industrial Average was surprisingly up today. Up 176.72 points up 1.45 percent for the day with the NASDAQ up 23.71 points up 1.02 percent. The Fed is expected to meet tomorrow and cut rates again. I am slightly more pessemistic. New home sales are falling by record amounts and American Express reported ten percent lower profit. My holdings continue to fluctuate and I am considering modifying my investments.
