Inflation has everyone worried and the economy is still struggling
The markets started out down today on more bad news. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 134 points down 1.18 percent for the day with 4 hours of trading left. The Nasdaq was down 25 points down 1 percent with 4 hours of trading left. Inflation has everyone worried and the economy is still struggling. The price of oil is down but it doesn’t seem to matter. Retailers such as Target and Staples and Saks showed much lower earnings and drops in profits.
