Life Diversity

So I am torn about the Countrywide Bank of America Merger. I think both companies are great although I like Countrywide a lot more. I can’t help but get the feeling that Bank of America is a little bit too profit motivated based on my past experience with them. I have a feeling that Bank of America will envelope Countrywide, perform massive layoffs, tighten lending requirements and just basically eliminate a competitor. This instead of growing their business and market share.
