Allied Waste announced that they will be purchased for just over 6 billion
Oil continues to rise. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 30 points with 2 hours of trading left for the day. The Nasdaq was down 2.74 points with 2 hours of trading left for the day. One company that I have long followed, Allied Waste; announced that they will be purchased for just over 6 billion from Republic Services. This should be an interesting week.
