The markets were up slightly today. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 46.49 points up .38 percent for the day. The NASDAQ was up 17.92 points up .79 percent for the day. There was a large amount of financial news including news of a government overhall of the way financial regulations are managed. Several companies are up in arms and claim that further regulation will only serve to hurt their business and the economy further.
