The stock market was up slightly today as investors were tentative at best. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 60 points up .46 percent for the day with 40 mintues left in trading for the day. The NASDAQ was down slightly at 19.49 points down .71 percent for the day with 40 minutes of trading left for the day. My stocks were mixed for the day with Apple Inc (AAPL) down 5.8 percent for the day, Walmart (WMT) up 3.4 percent, Disney (DIS) down 1 percent, and JPMorgan Chase & Co (JPM) up 2.17 percent for the day. Overall my stock holdings were down 1 percent for the day. Losses in previous days put my overall gains for a 2 year period at up 19.35 percent. This is down significantly from the 26 percent a few weeks ago.
