The markets were up this morning on positive news and a drop in oil prices. Sprint Nextel posted a larger first quarter loss. They are basically done. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 73 points up .57 percent for the day with 4 hours of trading left for the day. The Nasdaq was up 19 points up .78 percent for the day with 4 hours of trading left. I do not expect these gains to last as earthquakes in China and other natural disasters continue.
