The markets were basically even today. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 44.13 points dow .34 percent for the day. The Nasdaq was up 6.63 points up .27 percent for the day. Investors are very unsure of what to do. It seems like the smallest news story sends the markets swinging wide in the positive or negative direction.
