The Economy is almost at a standstill

With growth of only 0.6 percent the United States Economy is almost at a standstill. The housing market crisis, falling credit industry, and other financial problems are dragging the Economy down into recession. Americans are unwilling to spend and fearful of rising gas prices and rising food prices. Inflation is looking very bad. We are in for some tough times ahead.
