On troubeling international news and poor performance from the manufacturing sector hurt stocks. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell over 110 points down .85 percent with 5 hours of trading left for the day. The NASDAQ dropped 19 points down .73 percent with 5 hours of trading left for the day. Most of my stocks were down for the day except for Apple Inc. (AAPL) up .38 percent and Exxon Mobil Corp. (XOM) up .17 percent. Overall for a three year period (just starting on third year) I have a 27.18 percent gain.
