In an amazing move, Warren Buffett has offered to help bond insurers causing the Dow Jones Industrial Average to shoot up over 200 points up 1.64 percent. The NASDAQ is up over 24 points up over 1 percent. Warren Buffet says he will reinsure 800 billion in municipal bonds. Wow I am shocked.
