Home prices have fallen for the biggest drop in 16 years

On news that home prices have fallen for the biggest drop in 16 years the stock market is down. The Dow Jones Industrial average is down 42.59 points down .30 percent with three hours left in trading for the day. The NASDAQ is down .75 points down .03 percent with three hours of trading left for the day. The real question is if the Fed will drop interest rates or not. Most of my stocks were down today except for Microsoft (MSFT) which was up 1.24 percent for the day with 3 hours left in trading.
