Well today ended down even worse. Even HP fourth quarter profits jumping and a eight billion dollar buyback announcement could not combat the negative news surrounding Freddie Mac and Citigroup. The Down Jones Industrial Average finished down 218.35 points down 1.66 percent for the day. The NASDAQ was down 43.86 points down 1.66 percent for the day. My stocks got hammered and I lost 1.79 percen tfor the day with Emerging Markets Telecommunications Fund Inc. (ETF) down 4.44 percent. Even Walt Disney Co. (DIS) was shockingly down 3.93 percent for the day. Happy Thanksgiving indeed.
