The Fed will cut interest rates again. The next meeting is January 29, 2008 and January 30, 2008. Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke said that the Fed is ready to cut interest rates as needed. I am predicting a half percentage point cut. The stock market reacted favorably to the news with stocks immediately rising.
