It seems like trouble has once again found the Spears family. Her mental health will be evaluated while in the hospital and a medical determination will be made. At this point I am completely convinced that drugs and or alcohol have longed been involved as well as what appears to be a full mental breakdown. Britney Spears baby’s welfare is the highest concern and Kevin Federline now has full custody. The Britney Spears custody rights have been revoked. This is the sad end to an amazing musical career. I wonder if things can get any worse and if it will result in a death?
