Bank of America received approval from the Federal Reserve to buy Countrywide Financial Corp. This is after Countrywide reported a huge loss . I first reported on the Countrywide Bank of America merger long ago. I am not sure how I feel about this as I have a Bank of America account for business and also my mortgage through Countrywide.
